DINING ROOM MANAGER POSITIONS AT CAFE ESCADRILLE
FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER - FULL TIME
We are looking for a restaurant floor manager to add to our team. The restaurant floor manager is responsible for helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives along with supervising and directing associates in daily work activities. As a restaurant floor manager, you will assist the general manager with ensuring proper training of new associates, motivate our front of the house team to provide excellent customer service, formulate work schedules, and help maintain good guest and public relations within the community.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PosiTouch
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
